In those circumstances, when we cannot remotely access your network, we can make onsite visits at a reduced hourly rate. You will be guaranteed a response time frame of 24hrs from our remote support helpdesk, and like our all-inclusive packages, you can opt for a 6 or 12-month contract with a regular, fixed subscription payment.
No tie-ins contracts
PAY AS YOU GO
For those on a tighter budget, looking to minimise costs or avoid a contract, we offer a more flexible Pay As You Go option. With our PAYG packages, contact us the moment an IT issue arises, and only pay for the time and labour needed, onsite or remote, to resolve the problem. No contract and no subscription.
